Hi everyone,

I asked Nan if it was okay to start a thread here to suggest poets to read and learn from, or just to simply suggest a poet you found that you enjoyed.  Here was the thread in the Discussion Forum.

In light of that thread my suggestion would sure be Michael (one of the first resident poets here at Passions.)

Here is a link to his work for you to enjoy.

Oh my!  As if magic, he posted today in Open, here you go...

I'm so glad Michael was pointed out to me as I came onto PIP later than many and was not acquainted with his work as a whole.  WOW.

I would like to suggest that people take a look at Honeybunch, a little closer... particularly her recent post /pip/Forum93/HTML/001536.html  This one really spoke to me!  Hey, and did you know she is published??  Yes, she is....tho' I suspect she is too modest to mention that.

And then there is Wranx (whom I believe is Mark Twain reincarnated!).

It's hard just to pick one or two tho'....but I  think these two are not read enough.
