“So tell me of yourself Pearl.
It’s evident you are a rare beauty.
I would like to know more..please”

He gently pleaded

She gazed into his traveled face
Finding herself bewitched
By the calmness of the dunes
He soothed.. across her cheeks
In whispered inquisition

“Oh ..I’m enjoying myself deeply
on your fantasy of fleeting dreams!”

She lulled him into the drawl

He spun her to the floor in dip
Dangling breathlessly in his agility
Hipping a Samba in the most sultry manner
Knowing that his skill was not born
Yesterday...

she swayed in his nimble legs
Stepping..one two three, twist
Her hair falling
In an elegant shining mist
As he slammed her into his body
She welcomed the lack of space
Keeping perfectly in time
With every swing of thigh

Unaware of Edwardo’s face
He grew very tired of the grace
As he sat sipping Dom
Nothing wrong
with a little competition
He chided himself
As he watched the two, closely
they were certainly
the couple of the floor.

The music enchanted their heat
Tune after tune
He’d spin and sweep
She found herself laughing
Something strange
In her world of pain

Unwanting of any intermission
She came undone..
In his arms
Finding Mitchell
Very delicious
Inviting each swirl of shoulder
Closer
To her breath

“Come with me Pearl. Tomorrow.
When the sun is set highest.
So that I might see your face
In the sea breeze...erasing
all your plans..I’ll make it
worth your while.”

She nodded yes..before thinking
Before understanding his plight.

“Fantastic then..meet me at dock
number 9”

Edwardo Decided It was time
To return to his abode
Cinderella must retire
He spoke in hateful tone

Silence was welcomed in the limo
She was grateful he’d had
Too much Dom Perig`non

While he slept she wished
He’d borrow death
Just long enough for the demons
To scar his smile

Regina, you paint "the lady spy" with equal amounts of danger and sensuality. As has been the case, your images are crisp and inviting.
