~*Rock This Heart*~

Awake
This sleeping heart
With gentle kiss of cheek
Tenderly whisper...'Come with me'
Then guide this wayward soul into the light
Weave fingers 'round this calloused hand
And kiss these chilled lips warm
Love...rock this heart
Awake

you have not truly met the poet.

This is lovely Vicky. What a perfect way to describe loves awakening. This sings softly like a lullaby
