Unrequited Love

I know with all my heart,
I truly deeply love you
And from our very start,
I longed for your love, too

But do you love me true,
Or am I just another?
The woman of my dreams is you
And I truly, deeply love her

But my love, does she return it?
Does she truly love me back?
Does she adore my laughter, my wit?
If she does, then our love will last.

I think if they are friends first it truly will last.  Lots of reasons for a lasting love in your poem, nicely done.
