Write what you really feel.
Spill out what you need to spill.
For, in these pages your heart is free.
A pen and paper are the key.
Let your heart go.
Let the words flow.
Don't hold back.
No words should be lacked.
Who cares what other people say.
Someone out there feels the same.
Share your thoughts.
Spread your words.
You have a right to be heard.

Don't hold back the words you really mean.
