Sophomore Slump Felicity Has passed us by This week or two When things have changed The strongest bonds Broken down By distance Emotional or physical Past mistakes come Back to haunt As new ones Form in the same way Newness appears as Perfect sameness Nevertheless Completely unrecognizable And worst of all Two lives ended In unthinkable ways Making it all seem so minor Spirits cut short Before they had a chance To become Wise fools (R.I.P. Boris and Zack 1987-2006 Our prayers are with you) "Nature has implanted in our minds an insatiable longing to seek the truth" - CJCL Convention Theme 2005 |

And worst of all Two lives ended In unthinkable ways Making it all seem so minor How true this is... Sometimes we find ourselves dwelling on little hurts... then get hit with something that makes us realize how lucky we were. I am so sorry for your loss. |

A very sad and touching poem. One that really made me think and I am in agreement with suthern, in comparison to something like this my own pain is small thing. "Spirits cut short Before they had a chance To become Wise fools" I leave you with condolences from a wise fool. "The world won't end in darkness, it'll end in family fun |
