Winter's Chill I love the snow that gently falls When winter calls Covering lands With soft white hands Beautiful icy scenes it makes On frozen lakes Glistening bright Under moonlight Then blowing into deep white drifts Soft snowy gifts The world stands still In winter's chill |

While I love to READ of snowfall written from the poet's hand I'll celebrate the coming Holiday frolicking in the warm Florida sand ! Delightfully 'chilly' read~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |

well, I for one hate the cold, the snow, slush and winter's chilly hand, but love your poetry, so it makes winter bearable...hehe lovely |

This is a lovely painting. I like to look at the snow. I just don't want any anywhere near me. Nan (Pilgrim variety) |
