The flicker of lightning I see inside my head The glowing of the sparks Are what I see instead Of the vision set before me You cross my path of sight Your movement I now follow My thoughts on you tonight So stunning and so graceful You glide across the floor The tattering of footstep You have me wanting more Once you were a part of me And now a distant dream But my love doesn’t sizzle It’s much more like a steam The fires of desire They burn so deep inside You are the one I’ve needed To polish on my pride Make me feel I’m worth it This crooked path we take The roles that we now carry Are left from what we make. |

And lightning strikes twice more often than people might think... this is beautiful Rich. Your muse is inspiring. |
