"Star Points of View"
(Star points of You)

Quintillion stars or maybe more
fill the sky like nights before..
but different now than nights gone by,
somehow, this most perfect sky.

it looks the same, not rearranged,
as when I gazed at it unchanged.
Yet now I think it is point of view,
when I think you see it too.

We see the same stars, you and I...
or do we now, as they pass by?
Do you see what I see too...
or does it differ from me to you?

I look and call them by a name.
If you do too, is it the same?
A point of light, the star you see...
is it the same as seen by me?

I think and wonder where you are,
if we dream on the same star.
To know we share this same sky,
brings us closer, you and I.

Quintillion stars or maybe more
fill the sky like nights before..
but different now than nights gone by,
somehow, this most perfect sky.

Interloper... Thank you for reading.

Nancy... you, above all, who knows me so well.. I am glad you liked this. It makes me smile and glow when I please you so.

LeeJ.. Thank you for a purrrrrfectly lovely comment.

Passing Shadows... Thank you for passing and pausing... and perhaps pondering
provoking passages.

Beatrice... I am sooooo glad you liked the lyrical romance (I do so too) and it is my intent to kindle enough to warm if not melt a romantic soul..... soooo welcome to my kitchen.. if you can stand the heat.

A seamless sky...and I do believe it is one point of view that is always shared.
Nice feel to this write.
