The musings of a mind reveal themselves to be a funny lot,
at times proceeding to the point arriving like a juggernaut.
While other times, how does one say, I mean, what is the proper word,
"meandering" might best describe a sidetrack like what just occurred.

The search to find some common ground, some place in which we might connect
at times may take us for a ride by ways and means quite circumspect,
or simply put, it's hard to tell exactly where we're going to,
I may have known but that was in a time I think I thought I knew.

So this is it, we've now arrived, we've reached the point of which I spoke,
it may seem insignificant, but what the heck let's go for broke.
The truth is often best defined as what we can't explain away,
in closing I would offer this, perhaps it's what I meant to say.

While musing matters most profound we're apt to find uncharted ground.

Actually, I have charted my moods--but my dreams? Oh I wish I had a dream recorder--

when fan tailed goldfish "swim" the air, y'never wanna wake up...

I've had better ones too, but this a family forum.

Thanks for not disappearing on me doc.

Lately, that's been a real problem for me.

Love the poem, love your mind.

Doc!  So good to see you again!  Happy Holidays, and thanks for leaning me into my own bit of meandering...it sure explains a LOT!

Serenity ,
Always good to hear from you. Nope, no dissappearing, but things have gotten a little blurred. Hopefully they'll settle down sometime,'til then,
Doc
