standing before an echo growing thick like cedar trees mulling all spring long, into stretched nights of parching summers alone, alone divulging rain, as it pummels down without him telling oh the fear to question I always knew the answer but played along, savoring each moment we never talked of despair or saddness did he realize how he positioned a careless net? my spirit, deep inside his chest his stillness suggesting distain for proceeding dark eyes trained to disappear in a gallery of five thousand souls striking me as infinitely beautiful now furious wind-swept flakes tap against my window whispering July portals evaporating the smell of sour mildew in its deepest nature re-examining the souls attachment honoring impulse attraction...magnetism of souls rests against my breast for it is passion considering the essence of relationship to places of ideas, and thought true love is never lost but compliments things of life in sights in sounds those once intimate friends moments were ephemeral eternity made itself known remains in imagination for endless time seemingly in tune with each others sensitivities faithful to the thoughts of love ...even though he left before we broke up... it was never about quantity but quality in loyalty to love [This message has been edited by LeeJ (12-04-2006 10:56 PM).] |

did he realize how he positioned a careless net? ~*~ This caught the fish, er, reader; the rest netted the truth. |

LeeJ - You delve to the depths and always come up with remarkable writes and I don't know how to adequately praise such achievements. If I say, "WOW" as so many others do, I hope you'll know the extent of my appreciation of your fine talent? Here you go then - "WOW"! |

Lee, please pat yourself on the back and kiss the mirror for me! I'd do it in person, but on this earthly plane there are some distance constraints! What a marvellous, insightful write! You put the "P" in "Poetess"! Kudos for your muse, your ink, and YOU! Loving, appreciative hug, Linda xo |

LeeJ, Marvelous! "Those once intimate friends' moments"... "remains in imagination for endless time" This is the quality of that which was shared... perhaps to last a lifetime of warm recollection.... (sigh).. this, I know all too well.. (sigh). |

Fine ‘write’ ! Tremendously powerful lines and images here...such as: “did he realize how he positioned a careless net?” “dark eyes trained to disappear” “now furious wind-swept flakes tap against my window” “to places of ideas, and thought true love is never lost but compliments things of life” “passion considering the essence of relationship” “it was never about quantity but quality in loyalty to love” A lot of fine and important things to contemplate! * a note of 'thanks' also to this fine author for comments posted on my 'writes' and on a poetic 'duet' in which I participated. |
