Love Endures Shards of love broke off my heart As I turned my back and walked away. They splintered in the prism of light that shone from the frosty window. Hundreds of jewels of frozen tears lay at my feet and halted my retreat. I knelt in the moonlight shadows and welded them, never to break again. The strength of love to forever endure. aziza |

yes, love is eternal, like D. said, and it is certainly not for self gratification, but more so, to realize, love's trials and tribulations, mature reasoning, and desire to go the distance no matter what. Love is surely a work in progress and maybe that is the purpose....our purpose. |
