The Last Dream By Paul Wilson Pot of dreams at end of last week’s rainbow empty, today our world turned upside down Yesterday's dream another memory left undone never again to be found Pegasus carries us over mountains as past slowly drifts by on clouds of gold We’re embraced by trees, mountains and ocean as dreams of yesterday slowly unfold Together forever our destiny living the dreams we never could before The time has come for us to be as one sharing life, death and dreams forevermore Lifetime spent together not long enough I love you my dear I know you love me Life may have tarnished our plans and dreams but together you and I will always be ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ Paul |
