Hold me like wine; Tangle me in unbridled waves of auburn hair And caress the protruding angst, That burns away my truths And scars what is left of effervescent mind. Dream of people pretend And remember their names So when face meets earth And hands meet fallow flesh You can realize fates untold, and memories sold, For such is the story of a child forgotten. |
