your wife yesterday;
my divorcee today

I’m an architect of Mona lisa type stories
have you ever met one?

only scarlet i truly own
are these analogies, where from my mind are dethroned

if they cant see the eyes
they cant see the lies

call it your shadow
I’ll call it your insecurities
expanding when light is shined upon
arises like anxiousness to grip
when dictating speech
because special words require something to hold on to

we sell our souls
get rich
and the laziness affect comes into play
politics replaced the meaning of lies
like jogging replaced the meaning of running

and if my explanation lacks sense,
then your understanding lacks comprehension

if you wear a book
i can be a narrator to your beauties

publicly; its hate.
privately; its love.

leave never would you,
you showed could if i.
and unexpected event
like horizontal fireworks.

I’d cut the truth,
but i don’t believe in scissors.

before you start flying
make sure ground exists
so you have something to fall on
wouldn’t that be just like suicide
but different.

today was never the problem
your using the wrong equation.
later depends on now
like now relies on before

and if the culprit looks like this, the character content doesn’t matter
just like the sketch of a suspected criminal
racial profiling will continue
stop the discontent
until you prove them you can climb the “otherwise” latter.
