Orchid Whispers Through The Leaves

Faintly, along the call of silver fog
Surfaces the harmony of disparaging parts
Held within one shining voice, beating strong
Droplets leave their music in caress of sound
A tremble soft, reverberates in run around reveal
Soothing songs of night mist on my pillow
In such temperance to willow
Pine, this heart of mine, to feel
Love in earnest shan’t conceal

Barely, on the surface of my skin
Levitates the hope and held within, the boughs
Of sullen green, turned upward in extend
Leaving scent of all I need to say, finest spray
Against the echo of enchantments song
Quietest of moments sift along the arms of peace
Always to embrace your dreaming mind
Leaving handprints in the wind, prayers to hold you
Left upon the threshold in a hush of lyre

Evidence of deep desire speaks the breath it seeks
Leaving on your lips my sentimental sigh
Slowly, tracing metaphor in swallowed cry
The blossom of eternity, most passionate in purple robes
For all as proper paints the gathered fields within me here
In songs of orchid whispers through the leaves, my dear

Kathleen, I had to pull out these lines...they are so perfect:
