The Richness Of I'll miss the joining of each word The breakaway from what is heard The pleasure of the feelings' share The windows blue, my solitaire The greener side is calling me The more of "all" I wish to be Between the lines of softer touch The now begins, releasing crutch For life is reaching out at last Tossed and turned for these years passed Withdrawal will be hard to tame Yet with it goals become my aim... And so as clouds begin to part And storms' relinquish, allowing start Of something new, though I depart You all remain within this heart. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." (Will Moss) |

that is like saying, you should not be here, but you are here anyway then I suppose when it comes to interpretation, there are many ways to see what is being said, even if not intended to be made in that form of statement a poet who cares |

what's being said is: on Monday I start 70 days straight of working and more than likely will be too busy and or tired to be on here much even though I would like to be. So the "need" and crutch that the internet once was for me will be easing as the outside world takes me over. And I will miss the time I share. |

I would just like to add that I saw "The windows blue, my solitaire", as relating to the pages of PIP and this is a beautiful combination of words as to how they do speak above. I hope my previous comment did not offend anyone, for we see from our own eyes, no matter what understanding there is a poet who cares |

I like your poem ... and I don't know - aren't these blue pages kind of soothing. Maybe sometimes in the midst of that hectic schedule, you can come in and just let the blue cover you. And, the poetry will be here waiting for you. aziza |

What a warm, wonderful place to be Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write. |

Poet, yes the "windows blue" are pip but also the times when feeling "blue" and being here can help that. aziza..you've got mail... yes, this is a very soothing place...but I will need to spend more of my time elsewhere for now And "I" I am finding my way again..and it is about time M |

Big smiles and encouragement to you as you venture out into the work force and may your working hours be most beneficial and equally pleasant as you move steadily ahead my poetess friend. God bless. -Bob |

M, And you will be much missed here, after all this time. I have been a regular fan of your poetry, even though in recent months I haven't had much to say (but that is another story). I hope this situation works for you. Maybe you could drop by now and then to let us know how well it is going. All the best! e |

Thanks Kraw... I have been taking a few courses to re-certify, and hopefully once this temporary teaching job is over I will have a permanent one. I will certainly be peeking in..but probably will be too busy for at least 2 months to find the time to write poetry (I remember how tired I was at the end of last year's subbing) *by the way you have been missed... ~always~ M |

I am never here as much as I wish I could be either Maureen, but it's always nice to get back in to visit with old friends now and again in the pages of blue. I hope this yesr brings you many, many wondeful joys and opportunities. Hugs, be well, and be in touch. |

Best of luck But don't stop writing. Even if its just a few lines jotted down at night, or something quick and witty jotted on the newspaper in the morning.. Don't stop. If your soul thrives on poetry, don't starve it. Take Care!! |

Good luck, Maureen! I'm sure you will be back when you have the time and inclination - there's something about "blue" that attracts. Helen |

bump! "Load the ship and set out. No one knows for certain whether the vessel will sink or reach the harbor. Cautious people say, "I'll do nothing until I can be sure". Merchants know better. If you do nothing, you lose. Don't be one of those merchants who won't risk the ocean!" ~J. Rumi~ With your ship loaded and about to set sail . . . fair winds! e |

dreamdc, I won't stop writing...but I know I will be very busy until I get the "hang of it" and probably will be reading for school rather than for pure pleasure. Thank you Helen, Thanks I know I will be reading everyone when I have a moment's free time. Thanks martyjo ...I still have one course to complete in my "spare time" before teaching full time once this temporary job is over. Increase in pay??? *Laughing* actually it will be being paid regularly for the first time in years...well at least for the next 12 weeks. Kraw, thanks for the bump and the words of wisdom... I won't sink...but because I can't really swim well I will work harder at surviving and succeeding Thank you again... M |

In understanding this, you have my warmest thoughts and wishes for great strength and the resolve that goes with that job. Those young ones will be lucky to have the likes of you in their lives. Don't forget to eat your wheaties. |

Thank you Kacy... I am a bit excited about my first day today...and I received my summer course grade in the mail this weekend and was happily surprised to get an "A" especially since I hadn't written term papers (or what they call "reflection" papers today) in over 30 years. Hope you have a good day M |
