Meandering

A freshness comes
with each morning
dancing the secrets
of another day
withdrawing
from the closed off
steaming up the windows
with heated thoughts

the miracle of summer
to bundle in warmth
a little longer
the stillness whispering
of soft touches
of seasonal meandering
through the metaphors of loving

to keep me taken in by words
that come back in real
to unlock the doors
of "feel" once again~~

I certainly "felt" this one, Maureen.

I enjoyed meandering the miracle of summer with you!

I'm smiling!
