Sideways Philosophy

An on an off love affair
is
like running around
the same block.
Beautiful scenery, but going nowhere.

We were talking about cremation the other day
Me being somewhat of a smarty pants I said......
Oh! Do come in and visit for a while.
I would like to introduce you to my husband(Tom).
But right at the moment he’s a little burned out.
(I know sick.)

BonBon Philosophy:

Put your love in a bottle and throw it out to sea. And in time it will come back
to thee thrice. This love that returns by way of the sea will be in a
touch, a smile and a soft spoken word.

Chain Yank

If you love yanking someone’s chain be careful when you pull
The Yankee may be in the bathroom
on the
little ole potty stool.

Good thinking. Glad I stopped in for a philosophy session. Oh, and the bit with the 'burned' out husband. Sick. But I could never keep it from coming out of my mouth if I'd thought of it.

Liked my crazy words? LOL
The work place can become a pain if you let it. So when someone is yanking your chain think of my wonderful words. It may ease the tension and you can walk away with a secret smile.
