silk skirt splendor
mudbugs and tabasco on her lips
she sucks slippery fingers
adjusts thigh hose
toe dangles high heeled slipper

charcoal man rolls cigar
finger to finger
grazes brim of his Panama
eyes strolling room
long finger smoothing mustache

she brings napkin to her mouth
he reaches
   leave it
   ma poupée
raises glass
to her
wet lips

but I need more
she pouts
red lip bending to heart

   I know darlin’
   I know

You paint your characters so incredibly well. I can see the Charcoal Man in my minds eye with such clarity, and...my gosh! Dark! is that you!!
