migraine helpless i wait as it crashes, pounds and chains me behind steel barriers sweeping down to capture me with woven strands of pain it silences begging whispers behind looming walls stealing and restrainng the captive brain to succumb to waves of agony. ... aziza ... |

I only have had one, but there was no doubt that it was a migrane. It brought me to my knees. Thank you to those who read and understood this poem. aziza |

Sounds bad my friend, I have never had one and would not like to try one out, I believe you have described it well. Hope you feel better soon, must be something that can be done with them, I hope for your sake a cure is found. May tomorrow be a better day my friend. Sincerely Rick |

Understanding this one all too well, as I've had too many to count. They bring me to my knees, turn my world upside down and inside out for about 12 hours. Hope you don't get them often. But there are some 'triggers' that seem to casue them, and once you identify what triggered yours, you might be able to avoid future attacks. Nice pain write. |
