Pretty Darn Ridiculous

Its hard when someone goes away
that you wanted to stay.
Don't say it isn't
because I've felt the
intensity of those moments
and I still feel
the pain at times.
But anyone that only
wants the easy,
would be one devoid
of family and friends.
No one to bother you
when they come around,
no one to miss
when they're out of town.
How does that sound.
Pretty darn ridiculous.
