Trapped amid dusk and dawn the grey suffocates. You slip off in misbegotten stars and the last blooms of April; and I fear ... if we are so doomed as we are liberated. Falling short of heaven's sent such the heaviness sets and holds a misforgotten light. The burn swallows this night everafter ... that which never was a comet's tale, just a random ember straining midair, seeking reignition against what is no longer there, but under the cover of Dawn's blinding light, a wishful thought going nowhere.. Thank you ladies for the read, I was happy for INK to ask me to write with her and very pleased with her insight and our outcome. I would suggest to anyone to write with her, it would be quite enjoyable!! Thanks again! Ct In rhythms to a rise the days shall follow ... each Yesterday, each Tomorrow. - Ct/05 |
