My Angel Friend

A friend is someone
Who is always there
When troubles come
They show they care

Whenever we lose hope
With their caring ways
They are always there
To take away the gray

Friends are special angels
Sent from God up above
To help us get through
When life seems too tough

You are my special friend
I hold inside my heart
Even through our differences
I hope we never part

For there is a special place
Right inside my heart
I hold our friendship dear
As I have right from the start
