While Spanning a Lifetime

Upon the bridges of life
We are brought together
As we journey to and fro
In all kinds of weather

It carries dreams along
Across the land and sea
A bridge of our creation
Connecting you to me

It reaches heart to heart
Conveys communication
Designed to bring unity
With strong foundation

It is there year after year
While spanning a lifetime
The bridge of friendship
We can share anytime
