candles lit and burning bright flickering like stars in the dark of night sending healing powers far over the land sent with a faith i don't always understand so many people filled with hope and love thoughts of wellness and faith from above prayers fall like raindrops over the ill and candles burn like stars on the window sill aziza |

I love the feeling of this and empathise with it completely. My favourite line is: "sent with a faith i don't always understand" as I realise on reading it, that I also don't always understand my faith, and that it doesn't matter - that is why, I suppose, it called faith, rather than belief. - Owl |

you always say so much with so little, you amaze me my insanely long poetry sometimes pales in comparison to your 4 or 5 lines I love that about you ~*Sheli*~ By words the mind is winged |

:: Laughs when i see i wrote 'write' instead of 'right' :: Thank you for the comments. What a great way to wake up in the morning. Sheli, your poetry is uniquely you -- sometimes I have such poetry envy and think, "I want to write that!" I love how candles are used to send out messages of healing. I had never heard that until I came on line. aziza |

I, too, admire the fortunate aspect of saying so much with so few words, as I tend to be too wordy. Nice thought and poem. Rae |
