The tear has fallen only rivers shall follow, In sadness, the memories were similar to beauty-- sorrowing, the flower weeping for the petal and you the one that held it on a fingertip, I have departed thoughts ablaze-- hoping to catch the ashes, which faded into dust dark as the shadows below the longing. Where do dragons drift upon a clouded flight, And beyond—white as the purest of souls-- sun cast on the ground feeling trembling and fear bathed in doubt of existence, Deepening we sparkle in thoughts-- I hear of loss and the rains of the heart among the scent of a windblown dream. You still stare at stars but not at me, Waking the moonflow set with fireflies-- all light does go out but can flicker back the lifestream never passed night, Nor filled with restless ghosts that were meant for hell-- It scatters through us all yet shows no flaw what is perfection—unit our energies and fall apart. Do you feel trembling and fear? For all this, unearthed, you to be-- a beauty with a vanishing love an unending sigh does echo in silence, Where do dragons drift if but alone-- and beyond in trembling and fear like me and you. |

the title caught my eye automatically. "trembling and fear" sounds like the title to an AFI song (my fav band) so this is why i love your work. they're meaningful words. "areyouinorareyouout? eitherwayyoucan'twin." he said. "butthefallwillbefantasticandwhat'sleftisnothinglessthanperfection" |
