Incidentals and Delicates Common elements of change siphon thought Sitting here, embroidering linen with wildflowers Tongue tripping over mind, wayward and uneven My eyes glean color from stone Always the dreamer I wanted to be weaker for a moment Thinking it was your breath that filled my wings In reality, it was my own deep sighs An after thought comes dearly by Tightening my lip Achievement is perhaps a sultry wine Dazzling the consciousness with bubbles of delusion The bread and fruit for a healthy id But not without the hearty wheat Sow of seed, and regal vine Stunning in the brandish of sharp words How they slice the spirit in a tartan plaid Leaving sieve for the next prevailing wind Catching wing of dove drawn in After all, spirit fills the pores of the faithful And I pray each long and lonely night, I will Copyright Kkh 6/28/06 |

Move over...I'm praying for you as well. I thought this was going to be about frilly things that only you girls wear...sheesh, so much for that thought. |

Magnus should know by now that your thoughts are never frilly in the long run... they are silk, and run a longer line of encapsulation.... and magic. Thank you, dear lady. |

Such sad images brought to light such a vivid point. Your words are beautiful, your reason logic. Exellently balanced, beautiful read. |

Whenever I read something as lovely as this, I long for such eloquence. That a given, your words echo hollows of my own wishes and heart, those tender spaces -- perhaps we have "already caught the wings of a dove drawn in" awaiting now only the wind on which to soar? Am so glad I read this. ~ Karen [This message has been edited by Klassy Lassy (06-30-2006 01:05 AM).] |
