Vinegar to Wine

Sweet man
This stew of emotions
Caused the Empress to tuck her skirt
Throw down sweet grape upon the lawn
Dance like fire in the pagan rite
Alas, the bitter tears of reckoning

Yet I
In frivolous defamation of pain
Hike up my skirt
To skate upon the meadow pond
Throwing lilies at your feet
Dancing in the drape of moonlight
Keeping warm the ripening vine

So fine
The changeling of tantalize
Singing softly to you
Clothed in only your eyes
Bringing sweet to my lips
Your finest hour
To dance in dawns first light

to dance in dawn's first light....is to be truly blessed
this dances from beginning steps to the
final bow..and gets a standing ovation !

This has a lovely mystical quality to it.  It sent the mind to another place.  Thanks for sharing.
