I have to stay

outside in the rain

Smile at me please
take my hand
for without you
I feel like I can not stand

Why? i constantly ask myself
I don't understand
Why it's all over
And now Im hated, abhorted, and band.

when you decided
you were tired of me, too
you just left me..
me, without a clue

I hate the way you treat me
sometimes mean, sometimes kind
you don't know do you?
I'd walk many miles to see
your face and your smile

it kills me, so deep down
when you ignore me
It feels as if
You completely adhore me

but when you smile
when you are nice
my heart melts
im willing to pay the price

i dont know why im so stupid
to let you treat me this way
but it hurts me more and more
with each and ever day

So for now, continue doing what you do to me
its not like it matters...
I would never leave you
That means I have to stay.

Welcome to Passions! And with this overflowing passionate write, i am sure you have much to share!
A few typos here and there, but nothing I couldn't see past. As for the content of the poem, methinks a worthy partner/companion should make you feel good most of the time, not sad or belittled, and certainly not as if you were of no consequence.
Now, go enjoy reading the many forums here at Pips!
