Zen is an art of stillness

But stillness is never Zen

Zen is almost an art of purity

But not in a Western Sense

Zen is a state of mind

Beyond petty words

Zen is in your mind

It has no structure

But only a structure

It has no desire

But only desire

It has no feeling

But your own

Zen can cross mountains

Yet never moved an inch

Zen is a state of mind

That you alone

Must be able to accept

Nancy

Thanks

I'm writing a bit

But with a "little bit of luck"

I might be on the road again to Manchester

Zen is also being giving the ability at the right time to learn.

It isn't and to my mind has never been some kind of religion although some Media will now pay for someone to go through the first Zen wedding, without caring or realising that the ceremony wouldn't matter

Thanks but Zen unfortunately doesn't work like and it then creates hell

Who want's an honest man in a kitchen

Who want's someone who didn't take a wrong contract ( and of course failing to pay the mortgage and the associated damage) and paid for the explanation to someone

Writing a few lines is in "Pratchett's words, dressing up in black and going into biers"

I had always wonder'd why pubs have such big closed windows

Still when the night is quiet
And the blood is right
And the franchise

Is tight

Who took the stand, when no-one else and if alone would have paid the price, were they only one person

Zen is a state of mind

It doesn't at any given point of time

It is one you might feel comfortable with or leave to then understand

Zen is and always to me

Has been a state of mind

Often hard

And often to tabloids

Wrong that you failed to

Follow

Their party line

(couldn't resist the last bit)

A very good point

If Zen existed then you couldn't have Zen if you believe that to see something means it must exist and can be measured

Maybe it is something you can monitor in the brain and then by monitoring in control freakdom, you destroy

Zen has always been to me something to strive for, something that at times makes me play silly games, like asking my wife to put her hand on my heart and then slow it, but we all mentally hit a point where all thoughts go and we decide not to try and rebuild, and thought processes and what we may or may not feel, gets lost

I wrote of zen

Which didn't exist for me as a kid

I did the Lobsang Rompa - whatever his name was, but the exercises of stretching, letting my body feel at home on a bed, with everyone knocking off work and from your toes just feeling a sense of pleasure, was how I started.

This immediately screwed nothing, since there was no-way I wouldn't achieve anything until the, and I still the time in the Services albeit for 8 years was less than dodgy deals to show you as a President, Business Dealer, and we are all still paying

Edit this as wish

Dear Bodger,

To Zen or not to Zen?   But what is the question?

Thanks for replying on my riddle. You were close when you stated it was a no thing or to that effect.  Seymour got it,  TIME.

Time

ffffffffffTime

Zen is just almost why you have speed limits and you dont drive dangerously

It is a state of mind

people dont realise that

Zen

Is the biggest challenge

And the biggest defence

You have

zen when you wander

and wonder

ask's you

is this sensible

It doesn't have arrogence

I will be alright

It ask's you

In yourself

Without the pressure

Have I the courage

To do

What I know is right

And within yourself

You know

Even though we make mistakes

And pay for them

Zen is not about being the biggest on the block

Or Look at my badges

Yet it is not

About anything

But an understanding

It doesn't laws

You have that law

Or you dont

Zen is a feeling

A desire to achieve

Zen is something

You know

"Dont get envolved with anything, you feel you can not control"

The biggest problem are people who would define Zen, when it's definition, would destroy it the person, and not the feeling

Everyone has their own feelings of Zen

And their own feelings

Zen is not a way of life

Merely an understanding

Of something

You feel

Needs

To learn from

Adopting

In yourself

Something

You

Can face

Others

With

Dave
