Pictures irrelevant cascading through my eyes each person lifelessly living in frozen motions of memory did we not meet under the stars in Savannah with white trees of moss laughing houses posing old smiles carefully caressing the time of day; with slow walks in the squares notions of young, peering into the history of the south breath, unsteady clinging to damp air we giggled eating ice cream melting into our hands did we? ahhhhh..... the sensual nights with warm carriage rides lighting bugs and magnolias entertaining the wind did we not love? |
