5224 Babylonian Beauty 28 March 2006 In the heart of Babylonia her beauty resistant to stand An angel over Toronto this present gifted of God Her being - her softness to surrender genetically modified in Christ Her part in his living His crown - she proudly wears upon her soul Blessed is she that gives the Lord’s hand This touch - this glory to love Her tears a strength of even those hanging baskets of floral elegance Her eyes - her smile - as if said before poetic - nature - a Babylonia to adore “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.” James 1:12 KJV a poet who cares |
