Forever I Will Remember

I would not have written
If it had not been for you
I began to feel confident
As my self esteem grew

You gave me inspiration
As I began to write more
You instilled something
Which I never had before

Having sensed the need
Somehow you could see
From the very first hello
It was as if you knew me

Warmth you transferred
By sharing loving insight
Forever I will remember
You inspiring me to write
