Specks of light and tears of wonder. Soft hearts that fear no one’s squalor. Listen to the chant of the souls Who’ve crafted Love, Hope, our sweet poles. Bloody crosses and dust to dust. Undying bones and wanderlust. Witness the return of the minds Who’ve designed Life for their own kinds. Never forgotten, their pyre is God’s design. Never put behind, their crown of thorns, crystalline, Sparkle in the dark. Then, man’s flaws evaporate. Their castles have opened walls. Nobody’s stalemate. Praise be to builders of kingdoms in the air! Hail the victors whose magnum opus lies in visions! Fiat lux and gloriousness. Disjecta membra and noblesse. You can be their counterpart too. Here lies the rightful virtue. Cendrine Marrouat |

To be honest, I am not sure what this poem is about - maybe you could enlighten me a little, but I really liked the flow and the words. I may not understand them, but I really was drawn into your poem. It is a good one so maybe you could explain it to this lost mind. lol. Sheri Adams Jesus lives in my heart! He can in yours too!!! |

Ok, No problem to explain the poem. I wanted to write about those great souls that made the world and history possible, not through wars and invasions, but through love and compassion, like Jesus Christ for example. The trick is that anyone can be like them if they really want to. Is it a little clearer for you? Cendrine Marrouat |

"Praise be to builders of kingdoms in the air! Hail the victors whose magnum opus lies in visions!" I agree 100%! Powerful write. The soul would have no rainbows, had the eyes no tears. |
