2979 God and His Lamb 07 August 2003 The spirit in a heart is one of consideration Such a dispelling feeling of latitude coupled in commendation This longitude of significance at a crossroad with desire Giving warmth as embers glowing mildly as to fire Where sanctification was welcome held apart from bitter coals Enlightened by an eternal relationship of merging souls For this was Christ in his sacrifice to mankind A spirit holy in its softness of an unfeigned love of mind As if the word radiates in an importance began Gifted in reverence to God and His Lamb “Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.” 1 Peter 1: 16-17, 19-21 KJV a poet who cares |

Ya' know you write lovely. But I'll bet this would be read more in the Spiritual Journeys Forum. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, |
