Kinder Mates

Because of age diversity,
Within my family tree.
Something strange has happened
as odd as it could be.

It seems my grandson Sawyer
entered kinder land,
That was to be expected,
but the rest was never planned.

I later learned that Jayden,
The grandson of my son,
(Which means he is my “great”),
Is in that very room,
And will be his kinder mate.

Then they will end up
relative friends, right?

Very cute, Jo!

Thank you. Truth is stranger than fiction. Good they have different last names. I hope they become good friends..Time will tell. They are both good kids but do not see each other much because all the parents work. Now tell me are they cousins or is one an uncle? My son's daughters are  my daughter's nieces. LOL, martyjo

Oh my!  You have my head spinning with this question.
I very much enjoyed the piece..
but, I must ponder the question a little more.

Enchantress; Dixie; Dear Sy; Miscellanea; and LeeJ. I thank you all for joining in the merriment. Crazy family. My oldest son is 54, his daughter, Tara has three boys. (My youngest is Jackie who is now 36 whose son is now 7). Tom, has two daughters, Jennifer who is 34 and Tara now 30. They are my children's neices. If  Jayden's Mom is the neice to Sawyer's Dad Rick, my middle son, then what connection are the boys? Not just cousins? Gets complicated. But it makes for one big family. As there are 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren
