Limbo’s cold storage, shuttered shudderings in a mirrored jar of thickening glass Voices muffle, their emotions obscure oaths smothered in the pulse of twin temples, the moss of thought Light, illusory and rare, reveals no source, the hemline of its treks beyond reach Printless feet leave no worn path to or fro Seeing jeweled eyes, knowing them hard as diamonds Trust not what is whispered, the crimeless rhymes, the rhymeless crimes POETS AGAINST THE WAR IS REDUNDANT |

"Seeing jeweled eyes, knowing them hard as diamonds Trust not what is whispered, the crimeless rhymes, the rhymeless crimes" It is such a pleasure to read you once more Sir. Indeed...welcome back! Something tugs at me, I've no doubt of that. |

well, right now, I only want the cookie jar LOL not a dark jar that resembles Pandora's box or any other confined vessel but I'll be back again later to read this and then probably laugh at my ludicrous reply |

Summer heat and forced confinement can get to us all, but not on such a deep level Richard. These lines were awesome by the way, Seeing jeweled eyes, knowing them hard as diamonds and these, Light, illusory and rare, reveals no source, the hemline of its treks beyond reach Stay well. This heat too will pass. Nice to read you again. ~* Carpe' Diem *~ |

I came back to say, this one actually blew me away on the third reading or maybe the fourth I saw the light and it was not pleasant, the beam over the towers searching for lost souls anyway, just wanted you to know I read this one several times, not unusual for a Wells |
