Heading to China

Where are the rights of the many?
Lives packaged into colourful containers
Their freedoms being taken away
Their hands are tided behind their backs
Lives’ vanishing before the moon has a chance to rise
Is uncaring hearts the next step in the evolutionary process
Lining them up against the wall
One by one the bullets, destroy the innocent
The shattered reminisce of their humanity being beaten out of those who are still left
Tonight we hold a candle light vidual
Tomorrow we clamber for a hanging
Today like any other day it shall be a pure massacre
Where was that religion that we fight so strongly for then?
Religion in essence, is the belief of a better day
Religion is all the same, yet we chose to be petty and squabble
Each sect claims to have a different interpretation
The key word is interpretation
Like that glass with water half way up or down
Either way there is still water in it, so drink up

The people are the answer
To cure the world of hatreds cancer
Unity is the key
For the people to be free

We no longer seem to know what side of the fence we are on
The days are becoming cataclysmic
Our minds in a comatose state of denial
We are giving up hope, before give peace a chance
The darkness is consuming every aspect of our souls
We can hear the demons in the back of our minds
In time the roles shall be reversed and the angel shall be the one trying to be heard
How many times must the bodies be piled in front of our doors before we take notice?
If you have a religion take a second look at that book, that comes with it
Though shall not kill, litters the pages of each different interpretation
In China the people shall be locked away
In Argentina they will go hungry
In Jerusalem they shall die in a explosion from a car or a tank
Which side has the right?
Neither when no one has a chance to live
Claiming to be a party to Gods will
Yet this omni pent being never even spoke
These great words twisted to the will of those who desire to use it
Blamed for everything that goes wrong
Yet rarely praised when everything goes right
Everything seems to be Gods will
Like we never had a choice in the manner
If there was never a choice and it is all its fault
Then truly we are simply living just to die
Our vocation is six feet under and we seem to be stuck in the waiting room
If it were all meant to be, then why would this great power lay down rules to be followed?
Choice was given from the moment of conception to the idea of humanity
We choose to war, so we can choose to bring peace

The people are the answer
To cure the world of hatreds cancer
Unity is the key
For the people to be free

The rambling of the masses culling the purity that was once held so high
Trading in hope for shining pebbles we like to call diamonds
We have severed our own tongues
Claiming we can not help those in this world
I write till my fingers bleed yet it seems my words are disappearing into an ignorance infested fog
Forget what you once knew
Stand up for yourself
Fight for peace
Put down your guns
Pick up your hearts that you let drop to the floor
Stand up for no longer being a victim
Let your spirit fly
See the world as it could be
Martin Luther King Jr. died for peace
A dreamer named Lennon died for sleeping in
J.F.K. died for the freedom of people
Yet Slobodan Milosevic whiles away his time in jail
This tells me when it comes to freedom
They wish to quell it before it starts
I say they can kill you once, but they can not kill you twice
Freedom and peace seems to something they are willing to kill for
Then it must be something worth dieing for

The people are the answer
To cure the world of hatreds cancer
Unity is the key
For the people to be free

Tomorrow comes for those who fear it.
Today never ends for those who live it.

In different ways we have touched the same topic today.

Thank you for this, it is written with your heart combined with your reasoning mind.

A highly significant read.

Unity, Oneness, LOVE, these are the ways to put an end to oll the offence to human rights in our tortured world.

Love and Peace.

We live in a tortured world and through love, openness and acceptance of others, will we then, and only then, be at peace.

A wonderful write. AMEN!

to accomplish a certain number of things....
Right now I am so far behind,
I may just live FOREVER!"
