I suppose I Will Never Know Changes in you I noted I feel I no longer belong I thought I knew you once Yet I was obviously wrong Your silence has proven You had no need for me Since you are unavailable You become the absentee From a friend to stranger I realised you were gone You used to have the time I noted now you have none Noticing changes happen From all those years ago You had never told me why I suppose I will never know Hope ©2006 Link to the poem with music and graphic below http://thestarlitecafe.com/poems/94/poem_806088.html |

Beautiful write, dear Hope! No, you may never know, it's life! We carry all our questions, mysteries, doubts within, but life goes on and we still have the possibility to be grateful for what we were given ... accepting the changes, even if they hurt (at least for a while!). Love and hugs. Happy New Year! Margherita |

I have a friend I adore like that myself, and I know the hurt of this one well. I say we find us new ones Happy New Year again and thanks always for the cute emails. Carpe' Diem |
