I cry, I fear, I hurt, and I survived!!

I reach out for your hand, you turn away,
its understood, you have nothing to say.
I feel empty, not knowing what to do,

I cry.

You seem so distance,
I can't seem to keep your attention,
there is always something
else you want to see or do,
I know I am losing you.

I try to avoid the feelings, that haunt my heart,
the thoughts of our love falling a part.
I feel helpless, not knowing what to do,

I fear.

Your touch the life of another,
claiming she is the dream of the perfect lover,
telling me how alive you feel,

I wonder if I will ever heal,
not knowing what to do,

I hurt.

Today, I cried about the future,
and feared the past,
and hoped to never to be hurt again,
Not knowing what to do,

I survived.

Best part of this write! That's the cool part about this journey - being able to say those 2 words. We learn, all the time, don't we?
