Fun Being Santa's Helper

I have this letter from Santa
He knew I would understand
His workshop was piled high
He is need of a helping hand

I could tell he was stressed
His nerves had began to fray
Many gifts had to be packed
Then be loaded on his sleigh

With Christmas not far away
Ten days left to the deadline
Elves were busy everywhere
As gifts had to arrive on time

I was one of the trusty elves
Filling the sacks one by one
Santa will journey worldwide
As soon as the work is done

It is fun being Santa's helper
Busy gift wrapping every toy
A magical place it had been
I was happy to share the joy

I love christmas, and I still believe in santa although not in the way I did as a child. I see how important he is through me sons eyes. Lovely poem
