life is in the detail the unfocused, gain dimension a carving is distinct beauty protected where common birds splash details worked in ironwork century laden curves beauty bears a turtle hoists aquatic friend rimmed in metal at the end fountain details silly me thought imp moved a leatherback jump to collective bowl rimmed in metal beauty bears a turtle but the birds pay no heed clearer contrasts stop to a Naples Yellow wash pretty rustic beauty bursts the piazza iron, marble marble braced in iron sculpted kissed by innumerable pilgrims details eventually fade lost, in patrimonial arcades [This message has been edited by ecrivan (12-15-2005 09:26 AM).] |

Thanks for reading all of you I give time to appreciating how some sculptors went into so much detail there even the "lesser" fountains of Rome have vibes all to themselves...here I have my wrought iron balcony, banisters, much ofmy area has this... |
