{For Karilea – just because} ~~**~~ She is the mountain when she wakes the darkness of tongue she wanders the ruins of things-- of angels and ghosts, of human heart who will listen, who will know there is a moment when waiting becomes the stillness of dreams a reminder connected to voice here, here there is desire I hear you You the rain at the edge -- speak and make your detail holy let the water rush over you -- think of the world as love naked, pure grace, strength let the storm of your years bind you -- even in weakness there is beauty &remember touch the smoke of moon suspended between whisper and faith even if the sky is falling again dream and show them change befriend your memory in front of you &let all stillness move onward untouched ~~**~~ Thank you, for always showing your heart...   In your light I learn how to love In your beauty how to make poems You dance inside my chest where no one sees you and that sight becomes this art |
