Coldest Night Of The Winter
By: Noah Eaton
11/27/05

In my most desperate moments I wonder,
how you're feeling as I speak,
are you able to keep a straight face on your own,
or do you weep before you fall asleep?
Do you yearn for my company,
as much as I've coped for you,
baby, I hope you're keeping yourself active,
to get over these lovesick blues.

And if you've played down all my faults,
you can build yourself a castle,
and if you're co-writing this monologue,
can you recognize my worldwide attachment signal?

HOW DO YOU COPE,
with all your desires,
on the coldest night of the winter,
are they so intense they make you cry?
YOU MAKE ME FREEZE,
but I'm forgiving,
cuz no one said it would be easy,
and I feel I'm too the source of your bleeding,
what's mine is yours,
what's yours is mine...

Well, when you feel lonely,
do you like to walk into your garage,
just to read your amnesty aloud,
reverberate your terminal sigh montage,
and do you feel stupid performing,
or as proud as a chanticleer,
and when you sleep are your arms outstretched,
or are you relaxed on your side, my dear.

And if you've played down all my faults,
you can build yourself a castle,
and if you're ghostwriting this monologue,
can you recognize my worldwide attachment signal?

HOW DO YOU COPE,
with all your desires,
on the coldest night of the winter,
are they so intense they make you cry?
YOU MAKE ME FREEZE,
but I'm forgiving,
cuz no one said it would be easy,
and I feel I'm too the source of your bleeding,
what's mine is yours,
what's yours is mine...

Hanging by a common thread,
it's just another fine we tread,
fate hot-wiring us for destiny,
playing with our hearts and our heads.
Hanging by a common thread,
it's just another fine we tread,
fate hot-wiring us for destiny,
playing with our hearts and our heads...

...WHEN GLORIFYING YOU,
IT CAN HURT JUST TO SPEAK...
.
.
.
HOW DO YOU COPE,
with all your desires,
on the coldest night of the winter,
are they so intense they make you cry?
YOU MAKE ME FREEZE,
but I'm forgiving,
cuz no one said it would be easy,
and I feel I'm too the source of your bleeding,
what's mine is yours,
what's yours is mine...

HOW DO YOU COPE,
with all your desires,
on the coldest night of the winter,
are they so intense they make you cry?
YOU MAKE ME FREEZE,
but I'm forgiving,
cuz no one said it would be easy,
and I feel I'm too the source of your bleeding,
what's mine is yours,
what's yours is mine...

I love the line "fate hot wiring us together". If you're going to be hot wired at least do it on the coldest night of winter *G. Oh you already did. There is greatness in this song. I love it!

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Noah, my friend.  She is coping because she knows you exist.  I believe this.  You write your heart here and I understand.  Hugs to you, Angel!  lily jo

Noah, this is a very good write. I know
the feeling a lot of times, and this is
one of those times. I'm missing my honey
very much tonight....this morning.
Hugs,
Ethel

Noah, you are an angelic vessel of love.

The burning and yearning for your dream girl, makes for very touching poetry and songs! ~ But I can only imagine what they will be like when she finally does enter your life! Wowie! Zowie! lol

Loveya!
Linda
