 Graphic By Ethel GG Kent ~*~ Happy Thanksgiving to you all To my family and friends so true I hope you all have a very nice day With lots of good food to eat, too My family will prepare a big meal With all good Southern recipes Turkey and dressing, sweet potato pie, And much more that is sure to please You probably have some good recipes, Passed down all through the years Just try not to eat so much that it hurts, And then, will bring you to tears I try to just eat a little of it all, But that makes me have a full plate When I'm finished, I say, "My goodness me, Look how much I have ate !!" ~*~ Always remember....... ~*~ When we have a roof up above us And we have a good place to sleep With good food to eat on our table And warm clothes and shoes on our feet Let us thank the good Lord for His love For our many friends and family And for all of His great blessings All around that we are able to see ~*~  |
