sliding in, into my own mind. Have I gone too far this time? Spiraling down, to divinity. I'm spiraling out, chaotically. I'm feeling kind of somber, I'm feeling kind of weak. I don't know just what to do, Can you show me how to soothe? this pain I'm feeling. This hurt, I'm bleeding. Tranquility is what I'm searching for, bending and breathing to have once more. But it's just too silent here, to think solace is near. Give in now, I should just give in now. My mind is mine, and that's alright. But it's just too far, and I'm too weak tonight. I must give in now to all this bleakness here. So bound me down, I won't shed a tear. |

Upon remembering my own visits to the place of which you speak. I wonder why I went there at all. I instintively knew how to rescue myself though. By simply doing what needed to be done. The doing part doesn't always come easy, but it's always well worth the effort. God Bless :-) |

I agree with Steven, we always make it so harder on ourselves, and I think it's because we so fight our own perception, actually fighting ourselves...wanting what we can't have, simply b/c we can't have it...stomping our feet, stubbing our toes, causing our own pain... I'm sending you a hug...knowing this place pretty good, as we all do, read Ford's (ICE)poem this morning, perhaps it will inspire you. /pip/Forum93/HTML/002514.html well written and felt. |

A great way to get help is to seek it out, and this poem reaches out in thought for a hand up. I wish more would take that first step to get it. Nicely done. |
