I Only Have To Think Of You

Somehow you reach inside
As expressed in my writing
Even shaping my thoughts
Both the sad and exciting

What could it be about you
That stirred so much within
You bring out my emotions
Without touching my skin

You brightened many days
Also I wept countless tears
Inner emotions you stirred
Over the past nine years

You seem to be connected
With emotions I go through
Because every time I write
I only have to think of you

No doubt, dear Hope, the main muse for a poet is Love and our art is greatly nurtured and influenced by it.

You show this also in this beautiful piece, full of sweet melancholy. The connection is always alive in your heart.
