I could feel the finger trace as I read every word.
A whisper of warm breathe, just enough to stir the hair
and send a shiver of anticipation down my spine.

I hear your voice in my dreams.
I scream your words in the deepest parts of myself.

I close my eyes and imagine the way your lips
form each word,
as if the words themselves were made for your lips.

I wish for you to finger paint
those words of your heart on my skin.
Grafting their meaning to me forever.

I feel you touching the wounded places.
Expelling all but the purity of your love
Loyalty and trust,

and I want to live inside you.

I want to read the mystery of you
In each beat of your heart
Letting it tell me your story

I dream each sentence is a secret message
urging me to swallow the intent
allowing it to flow freely within

you, who has written me in love
you, who’s smell I long for in the dark of night
dispel this soon vestige of hopelessness

so I may drink your words, your wisdom
living in you, through you, beside you

for the eternity you write of with your eyes

This one has just gotta be about ME!

one phone call, and see what happens?

"I hear your voice in my dreams."

tsk...I was afraid this would happen.

(gleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!)

Seriously tho, whomever your muse might be has fawned a gentle lovely side of you in this cool breeze of verse.

(but I tell ya, it really is all about me!)

*hugs you*

darlin, this was incredible, and helped me to remember faintly, what I knew so long ago
it draws out compassion, heaping the reader with one hell of a jolt...in this your humble innocence of love...and a nice place to be...inside of him....

Hugs to ya...

and thank you for writing and sharing.

Good grief it slid and I missed it!  This is the part that I simply ADORED...

I wish for you to finger paint
those words of your heart on my skin.
Grafting their meaning to me forever

Now...if you could find me a man willing to do just that, maybe then, and only then would I ever consider sharing my sink again.

Have I told you guys lately that I love you?

I take strength from your words.  All of you, each provide something different and filling.

Thank you for that.
