Knock The Cell Out Of Them |

I’ve always wished I had a thing That could stop a cell phone’s call Especially those with loud speakers That can be heard by one and all. Those people, inconsiderate Who seem to want the world to know All of their business, (like we cared) No matter, wherever they go. You’d think they were still kiddies With two cans tied to a string Who have to shout across the room So we can all hear everything. Now I find there is a "jammer" That some say, "It’s against the law!" But it might be worth it to shut up Those calls that get stuck in my craw. Some assault on their battery And a blockage of reception Might make them loudmouths realize They’re the object of rejection. To just knock the cell out of them Everytime they try to hit redial Might be worth a little jail time For some peace and quiet for awhile. Del "Abe" Jones |

hehehe I see you feel the same as me I have a cell but if I'm out, I have it set where it just beeps once, not to disturb anyone. And I have caller ID so if they don't leave a message on voicemail I can call them back when I get to a place where my conversation won't be heard |

(giggles) I stay away from cell phones as much as possible too! I just find it sad how they have slowly diminished regular face-to-face conversation in society and I just find hearing it as it is from someones lips without the silicon village trademark always sounds the most enduring! (sigh) Plus T-Mobile and other cell-phone companies have been acting up and opening ones private address books to the world like Fred Durst's and Lindsay Lohan's! This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Abe, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! AMEN!! Ugh... but it is sort of funny sometimes to sit at the mall or on the bus and just listen to a conversation. The only reason I'd get a cell would be because I'm horrible with directions and also know nothing about cars, and being a young girl I don't want to be stranded or lost with no way to contact anyone. Now the next pet peeve... loud gum chewers!! Always, Alyssa He was a man of sorrows |
